Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda PhD CON extends warm birthday wishes to Mustapha Shehu, the World Bank AGILE Project Coordinator in Katsina State. The Governor commends his dedicated service to education development and public sector innovation.
The Governor observed that Shehu has contributed significantly to Katsina State’s educational advancement through his extensive expertise in education planning, monitoring and evaluation, and information technology spanning over a decade. His instrumental role in developing and reviewing education sector strategic and operational plans has helped shape the state’s educational realm.
“Mr. Shehu exemplifies the caliber of professionals driving positive change in our dear state,” Governor Radda remarked. “His leadership of the AGILE project demonstrates our commitment to advancing girls’ education and empowerment in Katsina State through Building Your Future Blueprint.”
“On this special day, we celebrate not just his birth anniversary but his continued dedication to public service and educational development,” Governor Radda said.
