For Rt Honourable Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali Halims, representing Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro federal constituency and Deputy House Leader , House of Representatives, the fulfillment of his electioneering campaigns has become the cardinal objectives of his leadership traits , having been reelected in 2023.
During his electioneering campaigns to Olamaboro Local Government Area , and his visit to Uko Community, he promised to link the only road with bridge from the community to Ankpa local government area , a decision and promise he has fulfilled two years down the line.
Uko community, a stone thrown from Ankpa local government was cut out of the area owing to government neglect and refusal to link the community to Ankpa and even headquarters of Olamaboro Local Government.
Aside his wisdom to open up Uko bridge,Rt Honourable Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali also embarked on grading of the roads to attract both social, infrastructural and economic development to the community, and to also ease movement of farm products from the farm to the house, since the community is predominantly agrarian community.
Rt Honourable Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali Halims, known as “Talk and do politician” has showed and displayed as a non sectional , non tribal and unbiased in the provision of social amenities to the people of the federal Constituency.
Before now , he embarked on the flag off and construction of Abache road , extended to many communities around the area, and also provided both electricity and renewable energy, (Solar Street Lights) to address security concerns.
This is in addition to grants , training and retraining been carried out to give meaningful engagements to the women , youths , artisans and other vulnerable, indigent groups in the communities.
The trainings which involved soap making , cream production, repairs of DStvs among many other satellite technology, has placed our people in a good stead and economic engagements.
Having gradually fulfilled his electioneering campaigns, two years down the line , no doubt provided engagement and empowerment outlets to our teeming population to make them realize their potentials.
This is in addition to creating job opportunities and employment to the unemployed graduated , National Diploma Holders , National Certificate of Education NCE holders among many others in the federal agencies, departments and organizations.
For Rt Honourable Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali Halims, he has done his bit , just two years down the line .
The people of Uko in Olamaboro Local Government and the Federal Constituency will continue to support his political elevation ambition many times to come .
