The National Commissioner, National Population Commission NPC, Hajiya Hon Saadatu Dogonbauchi has described late Capt Shehu Iyal as a God father , mentor and philosophist who was out to motivate and embrace her.
She made this remark during a condolence visit to the family residence in Zaria
While in Zaria, she also used the opportunity to commiserate with the family of the former governor of Kaduna state , Alhaji Ramalan Yero over the death of the mother .
She prayed to Almighty God that their shortcomings be forgiven and janatul firdaus be their final abode.
The two prominent Indigenes died variously some days ago .
