On behalf of my family, political associates, and the younger generation of Plateau enthusiasts, Janet and I extend our warmest wishes and prayers to Dar Jonah David Jang on the occasion of his 81st birthday, we join Ngo Talatu, the entire Jang family and the Government of Plateau State as they mark the eighty and one annual existence of baba Jang in the grace of God and goodwill to men.
My structural political ideology is shaped by the ancient Aristotelian philosophy of former governor Jang, and my generation will forever draw strength and inspiration from his extraordinary example of moral courage, political strong will, ethical standards, Plateau interests and futurity.
On the eighty first annual celebration of elder Jonah David Jang, people everywhere feel the burning desire to honor dara through individual and collective acts of service. Through our own lives, by heeding his example, we can honor the man who showed his own people — and the nation — the path to service on the public interests, the importance of peopling in a democratic entity and good governance.
May baba Jang’s life of service to others and his unwavering commitment to regional reconciliation, national integration and human dignity continue to be the beacon of each future generation seeking a more just, peaceful, developmental, loving and prosperous Plateau State.
On this, the birthday anniversary of the Plateau political rabboni, we honor the former Governor, Senator Jonah David Jang, a leader who dedicated his life to Plateau consciousness and national orientation, infrastructural progress, the People’s happiness and faith, and wish his legacy of resilience and vision continue to inspire ’till the kingdom come.’
