Social crusader and popular blogger and former House of Representatives candidate for Dekina , Bassa in the 2023 general elections , Comrade Usman Okai Austin was abducted from his house at the early hours of today, Wednesday, 25th , February, 20205 by agents suspected to be kogi state government.
The reason for the abduction and harassment was still yet unknown as at press time .
The wife with a little new baby given birth to last three weeks was beaten up by the armed men suspected to be agents of Kogi State Government, as the new born baby and the wife was in coma as at filling this report .
Okai has been on a logger head with the previous administration of Governor Yahaya Bello in Kogi and accused Governor Ododo of following the same pattern which Yahaya Bello has left with diversion of 13.4B Local Government funds .
