In the life sojourn , they are so many angle and dimensions to it , some will be highly successful in life , but lack ability to attend to humanity, others don’t have , but will concentrate on humanity, but for Thomas Etuh, a renowned industrialist, philantrophist and humanitarian, he possessed all the good traits.
His humane tendencies and selfless service has been legendary, even when he was not known to be a well to do in the society, but became out of proportion and high pedestal, having attained a reasonable success in life .
Etuh, a transporter, employer of labour, industrialist, pastor , care giver , philantrophist has been at the forefront of providing succour to ordinary Nigerians, despite the fact that human wants are numerous, insatiable and unsatisfying.
His rise from grass to grace , from nothing to something became an emboldenment to his approach to life , hence prioritised humanitarian gesture as part of his way of life .
Aside been an employer of labour , his contributions to MSMEs both officially and unofficially, locally and otherwise was noticeable in many fora.
His succour to the less privileged not restricted to his extraction has grown beyond imagination, as routinely he engaged in financial empowerment of women , adoption of indigent children and providing for the needy ones in the society .
Etuh has embarked on projects across the six geopolitical zones that will provide high quality hospitals that will cater for the sick ones in the society, beginning from Kaduna , Kogi , Osun and spreading to other geopolitical zones.
He provided an uninterrupted empowerment template, scholarships, and invested in social services that had led to social security, economic security and life realization and attainment.
The multi million naira Jennifer Etuh Memorial Hospital built in the three geopolitical zones with others on going had become an alternative Medicare to the less privileged in the society, as for instance people of Dekina and other eight local government in Kogi East travelled from far and near for medical attention at a hamlet and suburb of Odu Ogboyaga for cheap and access to medical attention, at the expense of the hospital built and abandoned by kogi state government.
His determination to replicate similar services has begun to debut in other geopolitical zones in memory of his late darling better half , Mrs Jennifer Etuh who died sometimes ago.
As you mark an additional year today , been 21st , December, 2024, even though age is just a number, we pray for more longevity, more progress, more prosperity in your life sojourn .
