Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda PhD CON, has joined President Bola Ahmed Tinubu in Paris for a diplomatic and economic session. Shortly after the President arrival, Governor Radda alongside other Governors and Nigerian leaders paid a welcome visit to President Tinubu.
