His government built the Lokoja international market, constructed the National Stadium, Specialist Hospital and most of the government offices in Lokoja the state capital.
The 24-hour water supply through the greater Lokoja water scheme enjoyed by residents of lokoja today is credited to Ibro’s Government.
Ibrahim Idris made Civil servants enjoyed prompt payment of salaries and emoluments, secondary school students were not left out as his government made provision for prompt payment of WAEC/NECO fees at the same time as those in tertiary institutions enjoyed prompt payment of Bursary and Scholarships.
