Chief Dr iganya Joy Agene the ojamalia Ejeh Olamaboro joined Alhaji Mohammed Saa’ad Abubakar lll the Sultan of Sokoto in celebrating 20th anniversary celebration of andoma of doma His Highness , Alhaji Ahmed Aliyu Ova onawa, OON on the throne of his ancestors on Saturday, 7th September, 2024.
The occasion was well attended by dignitaries among the northern emirates.
On the royal princess entourage is his highness chief Simeon Ujah sani, the Ejeh olamaboro, Chairman , Olamaboro local government traditional council, Alhaji Akwu Obaje the Ejeh ofu who represented HRM Alaji Mathew Opaluwa Oguche Akpa CFR other Delta state traditional chiefs and the Director of Tourism Development , Igala cultural Development Association ICDA, Chief Attah Samuel.
The Amazon and Dimensional Gem, Dr, iganya Joy Agene who hails from okugo ogugu in Olamaboro local government area of kogi state.she is a mother, a philanthropist, a development practitioner and the founder of Halley’s Jurassic limited.
Dr iganya is a holder of Bsc. in Geology and mining from university of Jos,Msc in environmental management from Coventry university, united kingdom and Phd in environmental geology from Abubakar Tafawa Balewa university, Balewa university, Bauchi.
As a development practitioner, Dr. Iganya is a senior environmental specialist in the environment and blue economy global practice.
She has served in both public and private sectors and has travelled far and wide within and outside Nigeria.
A philanthropist,Dr iganya’s terms of livelihood support program is currently under implementation which covers the entire 21 local government areas of kogi state.
From Ankpa,Omala and Olamaboro federal constituency to be expanded to other federal constituency, Dekina/Bassa federal constituency and Idah, Ibaji,Igalamela/odolu, Ofu federal constituency in kogi East.
However her project work covers solar light, boreholes and road construction.
Yet to cover in her project work is building of hospitals and schools.
The Ojamalia Ejeh Olamaboro also cares for orphanage children, widows, less privileged, mentoring and awarding scholarships to students in several parts of Nigeria.
Today, the world project manager, her work seen in ogugu covers the entire northern states, eastern states and some southern states of Nigeria.
She is a developer of our time which earned her a chieftaincy titties of 1st Mardanin Tangale–Royal princess of tangale kingdom;
1st Gimbiyar kasar galambi-Royal princess of kasar galambi and also made as one of the decision makers of the maidom in Gombe State and the galambi kingdom in Bauchi State.
