To all members and stakeholders of the IYLA,
We, the leadership of the IYLA, have convened an emergency assembly to vehemently denounce the reprehensible court ruling and its far-reaching implications on our organization and the community.
After exhaustive deliberations, we unequivocally resolve to:
1.Totally repudiate the compromised court ruling in its entirety, deeming it a travesty of justice.
2.Condemn the unprovoked attack on Alh.Muritala Ajaka right at the court premises.
3.Call for the arrest of the perpetrators of the dastardly act.
4.Mobilize our members and supporters to actively participate in the forthcoming local government council election, thereby exercising our democratic rights.
5.Engage in robust and constructive dialogue with relevant stakeholders to address the pressing issues afflicting our community.
We urge all members and supporters to remain steadfast, resolute, and unwavering in their commitment to our shared vision for a brighter future.
