ANE IGALA RESTORATION (AIR) SALUTES THE STEWARDSHIP OF SENATOR TONY NWOYE AND HIS HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES COUNTERPARTS FROM ANAMBRA NORTH SENATORIAL DISTRICT FOR BRINGING SUCCOUR TO THEIR PEOPLE.
Ane Igala Restoration (AIR), a pan Igala Socio-cultural Organization wishes to heartily congratulate the Senator representing Anambra North Senatorial District, Senator Tony Nwoye and his House of Representatives counterparts from the district for their determined efforts that resulted into drawing the attention of the Federal government of Nigeria to the Senatorial District, particularly with respect to the Otuocha _Anam_Nzam_Ibaji Federal road which construction was recently flagged off by the Hon Minister of Works, Dr Dave Umahi.
AIR wishes to state that Senator Tony Nwoye and his Representatives colleagues have shown that true leadership and representation entails bearing the burden of your constituents and seizing every conceivable opportunity to highlight the same. AIR wishes to add that the flag off of the said road which spans through several communities has the potential of rekindling the economic activities in the area. It notes with joy that the said project aside the fact that it has direct economic benefits for Igalas in the riverine areas of Anambra state also will serve as a link to the ibaji section of Kogi state.
While expressing our profound gratitude to Senator Tony Nwoye and his House of Representatives colleagues, we use this opportunity to call on the Senator representing Kogi East Senatorial District, Senator Jibrin Isah and the Representatives members from the district to rise up to their responsibilities of giving their constituents the much needed representation. May we add that a situation whereby the people are often left at the mercy and benevolence of Representatives of other Constituents to plead their causes leaves much to be desired.
