The Deputy Majority Leader of the House of Representatives and Member Representing Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro Federal Constituency of Kogi State, Rt. Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims earlier today joined Muslim faithfuls in Ankpa to observe this year’s Eid el Kabir prayers at the Ankpa central Eid ground.
He joined other faithfuls to pray for the land and its people.
Forthwith the prayers, the Deputy House Leader donated a brand new ambulance vehicle to the Muslim Ummah of Ankpa and while on excursion to the paramount traditional ruler of Ankpa, His Royal Highness Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq Ahmed Yakubu shortly after the prayers, the Monarch who also witnessed the donation commended Rep. Halims for the gesture as He underscored the significance of an efficient ambulance to saving lives as well as reducing expenses for any bereaved family.
