Women In Agriculture has commended the Deputy Majority Leader of the House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Abdullahi Ibrahim Ali Halims for his numerous efforts towards agricultural development and food security in Nigeria.
The group, led by Farmer (Hajiya) Habitat Muhammed also had in attendance, the North Central Coordinator, Farmer Hariretu Ladi Yakubu as they presented a plaque of honour to the Deputy House Leader, Rt. Hon Abdullahi Ibrahim Halims who doubles as member representing Ankpa, Omala and Olamaboro Federal Constituency of Kogi State in recognition of his numerous efforts towards the development of agriculture in Nigeria.
The Deputy House Leader thanked the Agricultural enthusiasts for the recognition and vowed to uphold his penchant for agricultural development adding that any sector of the economy can be placed on hold save agriculture which is critical to food availability and cash crops production.
