The Secretary, Idah Local Government Council, Chairman, Forum of Secretary to the local government councils (SLG’S) in Kogi State and National President, Igala in Focus, Alhaji Alhaji Halilu on Monday 18th March, 2024 poured encomiums on Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho’s palliative distribution programmes on poverty alleviation especially at this present economic crunch.
The Kogi East Senator recently empowered
(100)persons per local government ,(10) persons per ward, from his constituency ,with empowerment packages worth Thousands of Naira.
The ranking Senator equally followed it up with 100,000 financial.support to 5 people per ward, across kogi east senatorial district in His constituency.
On behalf of the good people of Idah Local Government Area in particular and the people of Kogi East senatorial district in general, I wish to appreciate distinguished Senator Jibrin Isah Echocho for his humanitarian deeds, alleviation of poverty and empowerment of the people through financial assistance.
It is even more encouraging and compelling to appreciate the distinguished Senator in view of the current financial crisis in the country where feeding and payment of bills is increasingly becoming difficult.
It shows how humane and kind the Senator is and deserves our commendation.
