The fifth edition of distribution of yearly Jamb form to constituents of Lagos Federal Lawmaker, Rt Honorable Ali Adeyemi representing Mushin 1 has started.
The program of event expected to run from the process of form collection which begun from Friday, 12th January to submission on Thursday, 15th , January, 2024, with screening of prospective beneficiaries beginning from Tuesday 16-18 Thursday, 2024.
The form pick up location will be Mushin 1 federal constituency office , ( Harmony House) No 16 Herbert Macualay Street , APC Party Secretariat, No 14 Ayantuga street, Majolate Primary School and Kajola Health Centre all in the federal constituency.
The criteria for collection is as follows=, as you must be resident of Mushin 1 federal constituency( Odi- Olowo/ Ojuwoye LCDA), must be age between 16-23 years , produce photocopy of O’ Level result at one sitting, must have NIN, parents or guardians voters card LASSRA, While SS1 and SS2 are not legible for the free distribution of Jamb form.
The federal lawmaker restated his commitment not only to ensure qualitative representation, but also qualitative Education for all Constituents.
He also promised to sustain the laudable program, so as to promote not only Education, but out of school children in the current dispensation.
