The former governor of Kogi state has sent a message of condolence to the paramount ruler of Igala kingdom, Attah Igala, HRH Mathew Alaji Opaluwa Oguche Akpa over the death of his sister , HRH Memuna Opaluwa Oguche Akpa, the iye Agwuma Atta igala.
In a condolence message on Thursday, the former governor described the incidence that led to her death as catastrophic and averse to the Igala tradition.
He expressed sadness and sympathised with the entire Igala nation on the unfortunate incidence, stressing the need for a more water tight security arrangements around the royal abode.
He asked the Royal family to accept the will of God, not minding the circumstances, stating that God knows best.
He prayed for the repose of the soul of Her Majesty, whose death may affect the participation of women in royal activities.
