Governor Malam Dikko Umaru Radda of Katsina State expresses sincere condolences to government and People of Kano State on the demise of Hon. Ghali Na Abba, former Speaker of the House of Representatives.
Ghali Na Abba who died in the early hours of Wednesday served as Speaker from 1999 to 2003 as a member of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Ahmadu Bello University in 1979 and completed a postgraduate programme on Leadership and Good Governance at Harvard University in 2004.
Governor Radda said Ghali Na-Abba was a shining star during President Obasanjo’s first term in office, he left a legacy of selfless service to his people and the nation in general. ‘We will surely miss him”.
