The Federal Government has asked Nigerians to take security of lives and properties as top priority, as the Ministry will not renege in providing adequate security to all Nigerians.
The Minister of State , Police Affairs, Hajiya Imaan Suleiman- Ibrahim who dropped this message on Monday to mark the Christmas and New year celebration said the federal government enjoined the populace to be peaceful and maintain needed coexistence among themselves.
According to the Minister, She said under the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has provided both medium and long term solutions to secure both human and assets of the country, not minding pockets of distractions.
“We enjoined Nigerians to also play a complimentary roles by reporting any glaring security breaches, stating that the Ministry had taken a wholistic decisions to detach Nigerians from any form of security threats before, during and after the celebration”.
We wished Nigerians more of the celebration maintained that Police will continue to play it’s constitutional roles of providing adequate and timely security to all Nigerians, with modern and modest gadgets and equipment as well as personel capable of nipping in the bud any form of security threats across the country.
