The Executive Chairman of Bida local government, Hon Bala Shaba has barricaded Bangaie low cost junction road that link to Bida-Badeggi express road. The barrication is aimed to put a total ban on heavy truck and tanker drivers from plying Bida township road so that the life and properties of the people living in the town will properly protected and saved from the danger and harmful effects of the vehicles.
Hon Bala Shaba warned Bidalites who are collaborating with tanker drivers to use township road as an alternative routes to desist from such act, assuring Bidalites for effective protection of their life and properties by his administration and calling for prayers and support for the success of Bida local government area. He thanked the 14 wards councilors in Bida for the cooperation and support given to him.
