The Executive Governor of Katsina State, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda, PhD, on Saturday, 21st October 2023 visited the Greenville LNG Kaduna plant to have a first-hand knowledge of the facility.
The Governor was taken round the facility by officials of the company.
Governor Radda was impressed with what he saw on ground and expressed optimism in partnering with the energy firm for the installation of a state-of-the-art Compressed Natural Gas (CNG) facility in Katsina State.
Once established, the CNG facility will cater to a wide range of vehicles, including tricycles popularly known as Keke NAPEP, buses, and other small vehicles, offering them a cleaner and cost-effective alternative to traditional fossil fuels.
