Kogi Democratic Group KDG, a pressure group has accused the Accord Party Governorship Candidate, Jibrin Oyibe Usman of working in cahot for the success of APC candidate, Ododo Usman under the guise contesting for the forthcoming election in Kogi state.

This was obvious with the presence of his former Director General, campaign organization, Barrister Dangana ocheja during the briefing of media men by Hon.

James Faleke in Lokoja on Thursday.

He further accused the former Naval Chief of submitting names of his supporters numbering about 15 as the new aides to the state government, an appointment recently carried out by Yahaya Bello.

The moves according to Usman Idakwoji, the spokesman of the group said the action was dead on arrival , stating that the combination of dead woods politicians, APC and Accord Party members will not see the light of the day.

He said no wonder the ongoing and series of violent attacks orchestrated by APC against the SDP candidate does not attract condemnation from the Accord Party Candidate, under the cover of been secured by the Military.

“It is unpatriotic and un-state man to continue to work against the igala race in and out of service, yet you claimed you want to represent them , going about with expired and destructive kogites and Igala extraction.”

We had on good authority that Governor Bello’s commissioner for local government and chieftancy affairs, Ahmed Deedat mobilized for Accord Party rally in Okene among many others.

“The people of Kogi state, Igala extraction does not owe their loyalty to any political party or movement, as non of the political actors has sympathised with the plight of Kogites and the people of the area at large.”

“We are calling on Nigeria’s President and INEC to conduct free, fair and credible election in Kogi , they will realize that those parading themselves as political gladiators are empty shells and dead political woods.”

“We are also calling on the good and patriotic people of Kogi state and Igala nation not to take the Accord Party Governorship Candidate seriously, as he had alliance with the APC in Kogi state.”
