The former governor of Kogi state, Jakadan Sokoto, Alhaji Ibrahim Idris CON has felicitated with the Ejeh of Ankpa and Igala area Traditional Council on the presentation of staff of office to the traditional ruler , HRH Alhaji Abubakar Sadiq Ahmodu Yakubu.
In a message of felicitation to the Ejeh of Ankpa released on Saturday, Idris said the overwhelming acceptance of your people as their paramount ruler did not come to him as a surprise, as you have carved a niche for yourself as servant of the people.
The Omachi Atta igala prayed that his consolidation and leadership on the throne of his forefathers will be beneficial to both indigenes and non indigenes alike.
He also prayed that the crown of Royalty on your head and enviable shoes on your feet shall be everlasting and legendary.
The former governor prayed for longevity, peaceful coexistence among his subjects and the Igala nation.
