Katsina State Governor, Malam Dikko Umaru Radda,PhD on Saturday, together with some prominent Nigerians witnessed the official coronation of the new Ejeh Ankpa, Alhaji Abubakar Saddiq Ahmed Yakubu (II), in Ankpa,Kogi State.
The event took place at the Kogi State College of Education where the Governor of the State, Alh. Yahaya Bello, presented the new Ejeh with his Staff of Office.
Former Governor of Katsina state Barrister Ibrahim Shehu Shema, who holds the traditional title of Attah Oja of Igala land;; the Deputy Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, Hon.Mohammed Halims and member representing Mashi/Dutsi Federal Constituency Hon Salisu Majigiri, Chairman Hillside Royal Suites Alhaji Ahmed Muntaka Badaru were also in attendance.
His Eminence, the Sultan of Sokoto, Alh. Saad Abubakar (III), led over 20 first class traditional rulers and Chiefs from across the country to the historic event.
Also in attendance, include the Minister of Steel Development, Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu among others.
