Mr Victor Eleojo Matthew was born on the 3rd September, 1974, he hail from Ibaji Local Government Area of Kogi State, he attended the Federal Polytechnic Bauchi for his Higher National Diploma HND in Accountancy, Post Graduate Diploma PGD in Banking & Finance from University of Maiduguri, Masters of Business Administration MBA Finance from the National Open University of Nigeria , he was with Access Bank Plc Gombe Regional Office, Intercontinental Bank Plc Gombe, GTB then Kogi State Internal Revenue Service 2016 till date, while with the Kogi State Internal Revenue Service ,he was Area Tax Manager ATM Ankpa, ATM Anyigba and Head of Tax Identification number TIN at the Headquarters Lokoja, he was a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria CITN The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria ICAN, Institute of Professional Manager Association, Institute of Chartered Economist of Nigeria ICEN, on till his death he was a Senior Manager with KGIRS.
