The Chief Press Secretary to Katsina state governor, Alhaji Ibrahim Kaulaha Mohammed has rejoiced with the Director General, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency of Nigeria SMEDAN, Dr Olawale Tunde Fasanya on his new doctorate degree award.
In a message of congratulations released on Saturday, the image maker described Dr Fasanya as a man who is at home with academic advancement and excellence.
He said with the new academic feat of a doctorate degree in Policy Analysis and Management from the prestigious American University, Asiwaju Olawale Tunde Fasanya was determined to transform the agency into a more modest and modern organization heared towards delivering on its mandate.
He wished him more years geared towards the development of both personal and public institutions.
