The Social Democratic Party SDP Governorship Candidate in Kogi state, Alhaji Murtala Yakubu Ajaka has been confered with leadership award by Alumni Association “Class of 98 “, Kogi State College of Education, Ankpa.
Ajaka who was honored during the silver jubilee celebration of the institution held on Friday at Community Hall, Art and Culture centre, Abuja.
The Convener, Sam Attah lauded the contributions of Alhaji Murtala Yakubu Ajaka to the overall development of Kogi state and Nigeria at large.
Ajaka , the immediate past former Deputy National Publicity Secretary DNPS of the ruling All Progressives Congress APC, resigned to contest for Kogi governorship election scheduled for November, this year.
A formidable candidate in the November 11 governorship election under the platform of SDP has contributed greatly to the community development and social services in the state.
