The Igala Vanguard has asked the people to distance self from the mischief makers who used the forum to endorse Kogi east Senator’s goof before kogi Governor, Yahaya Bello stating that on no account did one Dr Ahmodu Enejo exist in it’s Register.
The body has also warned Kogi east Senator, Jibrin Isah Echocho to stop dragging the names of the highly revered group and Igala nation into his self inflicted injury of over celebrating his self appointed political God father
A statement released on Thursday evening by the Secretary of the forum, Engr Lawrence Akpa maintained that the purported statement credited to Igala Vanguard and published on the leadership newspaper was fake news, and impersonation of the highest order.
He said on no account was anyone in the nomenclature of Dr Ahmodu Enejo existed as it’s President, stating that the statement issued on its behalf is tantamount to forgery and concocted lies.
The Vanguard said it had not taken any stand on Kogi east Senator’s shambolic video spread across the social media, were he gave the glory of the ministerial slot allotted to Kogi east to his credit and that of Kogi Governor.
Akpa stressed that it only owe gratitude to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu while studying the circumstances that led to the appointment of the son of late governor of the state , Prince Shuaibu Abubakar Audu.
He appealed to the general public to disown the fabricated statement targeted at watering down the embarrassment scene created by Kogi east Senator, Alhaji Jibrin Isah Echocho.
The Vanguard wondered how on earth will Kogi Governor, Yahaya Bello recommend a Kogi easterner, when series of list he submitted had been rejected by the Presidency, stating that our gratitude goes to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, among many others who decided to honor their friend, Late Prince Abubakar Audu posthumously.
